This book saved my life!! I was so sick I literally could not function. I spent over a year in bed. DRs were no help. I let this book sit too long unread thinking I don't have 'allergies' as the Drs all confirmed. The book isn't about just what Drs call allergies, but ALL ill effects caused by our environment, food, etc which causes our bodies to react in dis-ease and how to fix it. By following the sound advise in this book I got back into life, regained health and eliminated some of my reactions to certain foods. My chemical sensitivities have greatly lessened (but please still don't wear perfume around me. I won't pass out anymore, but I do still get a little headache). I have not fully followed the program yet (because I was breast feeding when I started) but have improved so much by the parts I have followed, this book is what made me function again! As soon as I can kick my sugar addition (making great progress!), I'm on the full deal and expect to kick many more of my allergies!
